Safe pickups
Ustroll app automatically finds your location and prioritizes rider safety by implementing a robust OTP authentication system. When a driver arrives at the pick-up location, the app generates a secure OTP unique to each ride. Before commencing the trip, the driver must authenticate using this OTP. To further enhance safety, riders should verify the license plate number of the vehicle, cross-check it with the app, confirm the name of the driver, and ensure that the driver app accepts the unique OTP. By following these steps, Ustroll users can enjoy a secure and reliable rideshare experience.
Open to everyone, everywhere
All ride requests are blindly matched with the closest available driver. So there is no discrimination based on race, gender, or destination.
Driver Profiles
When you’re matched with a driver, you’ll see their name, license plate number, photo, and rating—so you know who’s picking you up ahead of time. And even after the trip, you’re able to contact your driver if you left something behind.
